Overdrive!
Jos aiemmin on ollu tylsää nii ei oo enää...
Tekemistä on tullu niin maan perkeleesti lukion pitkän matikan, jenkkifutishommien ja sitten randomin kouluhommien (päällimmäisenä kirjailijakansio (mikä ei oo kyllä hirmu hyvässä mallissa)). Ja viikonloppuna ois Pieksämäelle lähto BakaConiin, ja sen jälkeisenä viikonloppuna maajoukkueleirille tampereelle. Siitä kaks viikkoa niin alkaa jo kausi... Ei malta odottaa!
Otteluohjelmat kun julkaistiin nii menin aivan sekasin. C-junnujen 1. divarissa tänä vuonna 8 joukkuetta, 4 per lohko. Ja meidän lohkoon sattui vielä Seinäjoki Crocodiles, mikä tarkoittaa sitä että pääsee kostamaan niitten kusipää sentterille mun polven rikkomisesta viime kaudella >:) Ja kaikki siis ihan hyvällä urheilumielellä ja pelisääntöjen puitteissa. Muut joukkueet ovat Rauma Sea City Storm ja Tampere Saints eli vieraspeleihin on matkaa jonkin verran... Toisessa lohkossa pelaavat Espoo Devils, Vaasa Vikings, Kouvola Indians ja Lappeenranta Rajaritarit. Eli ei jatkopeleihinkään kovin lyhyt matka ole (paitsi jos saadaan kotietu)
B-junioreiden SM-liigassa vastaan sattuu vanhat arkkiviholliset Jyväskylä Jaguaarit. Kolmantena lohkossa pelaa Helsinki Wolverines.
Jatkopeleihin vastaan olisi tulossa joko Helsinki Roosters, Porvoo Butchers, Vantaa TAFT tai Sipoo Bulldogs.
Tämä riittää jenkkifutiksesta. Kuten jo mainitsin aiemmin, lukion pitkä matikka ei ole mikään kevyin aine aloittaa tässä kesäloman kynnyksellä. Yhdellä tunnilla kävin kuuntelemassa 75min jaarittelua ja pari tehtävääkin tehtiin. Läksyjä 20 tehtävää -.-
Nyt sitten asiaan mitä odotan kaikista eniten. BakaCon! Aasin ensimmäinen coni, ja seurakaan ei ole huonoa, nimittäin mukana tulee Jaruto ja Janne-san =). Ja se on jo tänä viikonloppuna! Mitenhän jaksais vielä kolme päivää vitkutella... Varmaan pitää tätä jatkaa hehtaarin pituiseksi että saa ajan kulumaan. Tai sitten mennä tappamaan mutanttimuurahaisia liekinheittimellä ja taisteluveitsellä.
On melko hyvä fiilis loppukevättä ajatellen ja kun tätä nyt tarkemmin miettii, niin loppulkevään jälkeen tulee... KESÄ!

The Big One
I thought that I should post this blog entry in English since tommorow it's time for a nationwide English test and I want to train my creative writing skills 'cause that's one part of the test.
Me being the class geek and all around wise guy, means everybody's expecting a great result from me. But no one expects more than myself... On the sixth grade we had our last nationwide test. I scored 87 and a half points out of a possible 90 leaving me a half of a point away from a 10... I was pretty pissed off back then and well... I'm still a bit pissed off because I knew I could have done better. So now I'm creating a huge amount of pressure because of this test. Basically, my mind is shouting to me: "If you fail even a single part of the test, I'm going to torture you until you and me both explode"... And that ain't a very good feeling.
There is only one part of the test that I'm worried about, and that is creative writing. The main problem is the word limit. In the test you're gonna get 2-3 different options to write a 80-100 word essay from. The problem isn't that I can't produce enough text, it's the opposite. I write too much. You lose points if you are under or go over the word limit. And if I lose points my mind is going to blow up and make me self-destruct.
That relieved some of the anxiety. Now on to some lighter subjects.
IT'S TIME FOR THE SONG OF THE DAY/WEEK/MONTH OR WHATEVER!!!
Mercyful Fate - Evil
I learned to play this song about a week ago (on rythym guitar). Been playing it almost nonstop since then. A really fun song to play, yet painful to your fingers if they're not used to a lot of sliding (like mine). Imagine a 2 cm long piece of steel wire being pulled up and down across your fingers. Not a really enjoyable feeling.
This is all for this time. Hope you enjoyed! It's not a requirement though, I write this only for my own pleasure.
